I purchased the Canibeep Pro beeper on December 4, 2019. After using it for a week, I noticed that the beeper had a problem. Specifically, during the hunt, it either wouldn't start working or would interrupt its operation. After many attempts to adjust it, I sent it through the store where I purchased it to the product's representative. It took me time and many phone calls to the representative to explain the problem. In the end, they told me that they would change the circuit board and send it back to me in order to "get rid of my idea." Again, through the store, I received the "repaired" beeper on December 27, 2019. The beeper, even after the repair(?), had exactly the same problem. On December 30, 2019, I returned the beeper to the store as a defective product and after about 20 days, I was refunded the money.
Προμηθεύτηκα το μπίπερ Canibeep Pro τις 4 Δεκ 2019. Μετά από χρήση μιας βδομάδας, διαπίστωσα ότι το μπίπερ παρουσίαζε πρόβλημα. Συγκεκριμένα, κατά την διάρκεια της φέρμας, είτε δεν ξεκίναγε να λειτουργεί, είτε διέκοπτε την λειτουργία του. Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες ρύθμισής, το έστειλα μέσω του καταστήματος που το προμηθεύτηκα, στην αντιπροσωπεία του προϊόντος. Μου πήρε χρόνο και πολλά τηλεφωνήματα στην αντιπροσωπεία να εξηγήσω το πρόβλημα. Εν τέλει μου είπαν ότι "για να μου φύγει η ιδέα" θα αλλάξουν την πλακέτα και θα μου το στείλουν ξανά. Πάλι μέσω του καταστήματος, έλαβα τις 27 Δεκ 2019 το "επισκευασμένο" μπίπερ. Το μπίπερ και μετά την επισκευή(?), παρουσίαζε ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Τις 30 Δεκ 2019 επέστρεψα το μπίπερ στο κατάστημα ως ελαττωματικό προϊόν και μετά από περίπου 20 ημέρες, μου επιστράφηκαν τα χρήματα.
