We didn't like it because the way it is written and the terms it uses do not teach the child the process of how children are created without encouraging laughter and mischief. This is something we wanted to avoid so that the child learns about the body and its functions correctly, not as something to be ashamed of or laugh at, but in a more scientific way. It does try to cover a wide range, from the creation of the child up to the moment the new child comes home. There are better books on the market in my opinion.

One of the best books we have gotten! It is not literary. Through short everyday stories, it helps the child understand when they can say yes and no, what happens when they don't like something but it's good to do it, who their people are, who can touch them, what are good and bad secrets, and other delicate issues, all in one book! We have been reading it since 2.5 years old, it helped us a lot in our daily life (e.g. with bathing) and my little one in saying no when something doesn't feel right.
