After two years of literally using it, I have the following to say... First of all, I didn't have a previous similar device to compare it with, I have no idea what extra features the competition offers. Nevertheless, I have to say that this particular one met all my requirements. The sound is loud and bassy (as much as possible, don't expect to magically find yourself in a club). Calls, both in the noise of the city and at high speeds on the highway, are EXCELLENT, music too, handling with gloves is very easy (they have taken this into account in the product design), sturdy construction, needs charging once a week with about two hours of continuous use per day, connection with the phone and with HONDA Roadsync is flawless and overall I haven't found a single flaw all this time... I would buy it again with my eyes closed.

Perfect sound, quick and stable connection. For phone calls, the quality is not excellent regarding the microphone, as it transmits quite a bit of noise and is used with a full face helmet, nevertheless its use is decent even for phone calls since I can compare it with the previous intercom which made it almost impossible to speak or hear during a call.

pricy but good . 4/5 because the speaker covers got torn up from puting and pulling the helmet after 10 months and the torn fabric irritates the ear when riding

Quick connection, picks up stations, easy to use but the sound is nothing special nor is it very loud. I have a 20 euro Chinese one and in terms of volume and sound it's very, very close! It's only worth it if you're with a group, that's where the company really shows its strengths!

The 3 stars concern a specific function or, to be precise, its absence. I have a Freecom 4 Plus that cost 150€ when I bought it. Now I got a 2X which is over 200€. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE for so much money not to have voice functions like the -now- ancient 4 Plus. Other than that, great sound, microphones and so on.

The sound is incredible. It's worth every penny 100%. If you listen to this one, all the other speakers that are not JBL will seem like they are broken.

Very good intercom for music, but it didn't fully satisfy me because the battery drains too quickly. The sound is clear, no problems, but I want good bass, and that's where it lost me. I say it's not worth the 220 euros for speaking and such. 5 stars

Easy installation. Practical. Using the two buttons simultaneously is a bit difficult, especially when wearing gloves.

I have had it for 2.5 years (Double). What I have to say is that it is worth 100%. The intercom is amazing, as is the company. I needed the company 3 times and they assisted me immediately each time.

Very good intercom... the sound is simply ''AMAZING''... At 130 - 150 km/h and with very good wind coverage, I could hear music very clearly, whether from the radio or my own (from my mobile...).... and when the GPS gave directions, it automatically paused the music and after the command was completed, the music resumed...
oh... it also has a setting (which is done through the mobile app that you need to download), that when you move slowly, the volume of the music is low - very good for city driving - and as you move faster... the volume automatically increases... VERY SMART!!!
I currently have the single one, but I will definitely get another one for my wife... I won't even mention the battery life... for example, on a 3.5 - 4 hour trip, the indicator on my phone was at 80%... UNBELIEVABLE...

After two months, I believe I can express an opinion about the product.
On a bare bike, up to 100, I listen to music very well and the sound is satisfactory.
Up to 100 to 120 km/h, you can also talk on the phone without any particular difficulty; of course, you can't hear the other person because of the wind, maybe this doesn't apply in a sport or touring bike.
Others don't realize that you are riding, I mean you are making a call.
In short, for its price, it is worth it.

Simply perfect compared to the Airpods pro I was using.
In a Shoei x-spirit 3 and Shoei XR-1100 helmet, you can comfortably hear at full intensity even at speeds of 160-190 kilometers per hour.
Connecting to the application on an iPhone 14 pro max is very easy and it easily supports the Apple Watch Ultra 2 for changing music from Spotify

I have installed it for a day, the sound is fantastic and at long distances.
I received a phone call while I was on a rural road and I could hear and be heard perfectly.
I hope it has durability.

Excellent, incredible convenience during motorcycle driving. The basic phone communication function is immediate, with clear sound and as many others have described, the person you are talking to does not realize that you are speaking to them while moving at 140 kilometers per hour. The same applies to you, as you can hear every call crystal clear. With the radio, things are a bit more difficult, as depending on the helmet and the air flow, you may have difficulty hearing in certain cases/stations/areas. Always noisy on long distances. Where it slightly concerns is the battery life with relatively long periods of radio usage. Maximum 2.5 days with 3 hours of usage per day. I have not tried it as intercom with another person/rider. It definitely worths and helps.

Battery complete. Sound complete. After 120-130, depending on the helmet and coverage, you can't hear perfectly. The disappointment is that we measured a maximum distance of 200m before the signal was lost between us (2 motorcycles).

It does not promise too much. User-friendly and without any issues with the applications it offers.

I have the freecom 2x sound JBL. I have had it for about 1.5 years with my iPhone 12. I have not been satisfied on many aspects and it has been like that from the beginning.
- It does not connect easily with the app or it constantly disconnects. It does not find the playlist from the app.
- It confuses the radio with the music, meaning that with a double click it can go into the radio.
- You hear louder from one side, so it feels like you are hearing mono and it has interference at medium volume.
- I had not managed to connect it with another company until recently after the upgrade, but still under ideal conditions, like at home, it had a lot of interference.
As for the positives, I can only say that it has an easy menu, simple functions, and not complex.
Good communication with Siri.
Good battery and smart autonomy, fast charging.
I believe that it does not perform as well as it claims for its price

Impeccable sound from JBL, good microphone, and fairly easy installation. The device's application has great functionality with regular updates. The rest will become apparent later.

Six months later and countless hours of use, I summarize and complete the evaluation. The sound is very good, as I mentioned from the beginning. The battery is decent (not perfect, but good enough). The microphone, combined with noise cancellation software, is the best there is. The application is very good and frequently updates the device's features.

The only real negative is the range, which is approximately 200 meters in open areas (tested between Cardo 4x and Cardo 2x, with the same result). After about +/-200 meters, there are interruptions. The claim of 800 meters (as stated by Group Rider 2 riders) is not even close to reality. It would be great if it had at least 400 meters, but it doesn't even reach 200 meters, and that's when everything is perfect and there are no trees in between
