Excellent sound, easy installation (depending on the helmet) and the mobile app is very convenient. You can hear clearly even at high speeds and the volume and quality of the music are very good.

It is supposed to be one of the top in the market, but for me it never worked properly.
It loses settings, loses signal with the passenger, automatically changes volume with the increase going to max which becomes annoying.
There is a delay so you hear the passenger at low speeds twice.

As a build, it is light and of good quality but has not yet been tested in tough conditions (rain, dirt).
It has good headphones and microphone.

It was sent for inspection to the dealership and no problem was found.
It is under testing again.

UPDATE
After a few tests and a 1-month wait, it was replaced with a new set which solved some of the problems I mentioned above and can now be used.
Still, though, I don't think it is worth its high price as intercom disconnection and connectivity issues with the phone, etc. remain

For use alone or with a passenger, it's just fine. However, if you need it for connecting with other motorcycle riders, unfortunately, the disconnections will annoy you at the very least. It's a shame because it's a branded company and the product isn't cheap.
Update!!
After about 40,000 kilometers of use, I am able to provide a clear and comprehensive picture of my overall experience with Cardo.
_Software & Functionality
The software has improved significantly compared to previous versions. Random disconnections between the mobile phone and the unit still occur, but they have decreased significantly. The same applies to disconnections in intercom mode, which are now easily resolved by closing and reopening the channel.
However, I believe that Cardo's mobile app falls short, especially compared to the competition. The connection is unstable, which diminishes the user experience.
-Hardware – Reliability & Build Quality
The hardware is the biggest weakness in my experience. I had serious issues:
Replacement of the entire unit due to a battery problem (thankfully under warranty).
Microphone failure, a known issue as I later found out. The microphone malfunctioned during a trip, and I had to make makeshift solutions to continue the journey, resulting in losing the warranty for that specific component.
It is worth noting that during a trip abroad, I had to purchase a new unit, which adds financial burden.
-Final Impression & Recommendations
My experience is mixed: on one hand, the improved software and intercom functionality in groups are significant positives, while on the other hand, the hardware issues and lack of reliability at critical moments are disappointing.
Advice for new buyers: If you are considering purchasing Cardo, I suggest investing in a higher model. The more expensive models seem to have better build quality and greater reliability. Also, if you travel frequently, make sure to have backup accessories.

I have had it for about 8 months now, excellent communication, you get what you pay for. I went on a full day trip and it never ran out of battery. The noise cancellation it has is impeccable, your interlocutor hears you only if you speak, even with an open visor, except for very rare cases.
Very important matter, as a friend has bought a much cheaper one and his microphone can be heard throughout the conversation and the engine noise when accelerating, while the Cardo does an excellent job in this area. Another positive is that the device is relatively small in size.
Also, from the application, you can fully adjust the sound of the device and connect to other devices from there if you do not want to learn the button combinations.
The only negative thing I would say is that in some cases the range is not large enough, mainly in urban areas, but this may be reasonable due to obstacles. The good thing, of course, is that it has an automatic reconnection function, so if the connection is lost, the device constantly tries to reconnect to the device you were connected to without you having to do anything.
