Nice soft color to write in journals, it takes you back in time. I wouldn't recommend it for thick tips, as it is quite light like all colored inks usually are, unless it is a pen for signing or writing very fast in general! I tried it on a Parker Vector that I had forgotten since the 90s and it worked perfectly right away!
P.S. There is definitely better ink quality, like Waterman, as well as pumps that allow you to use any ink you want and are more cost-effective in the long run.... Just don't forget to flush the pen's nib if you change ink, with a syringe!!
