The GTSA 19-545 rectangular serving board is made of bamboo wood and has a surface for serving food and desserts.

Clean it with soap and warm water; it is not dishwasher-safe. To reduce odors, scrub it with salt and lemon. To maintain the wood, apply a clear, food-safe wood oil at least once a month and allow it to absorb for 4–6 hours before wiping off any excess. If the surface loses its smooth texture, it can be sanded with 60–120 grit sandpaper, followed by an application of wood oil.
