Description & Specifications

The Shimano Grappler BB fishing rod is designed for Slow Jigging and features a 1+1 two-piece construction, with the two sections separating at the reel seat for easier transport. The carbon blank uses Spiral X and Hi-Power X technologies, the latter featuring spiral carbon tape wrapped around the blank. This construction reduces bending and twisting while combining a slim profile with strength and flexibility.

The rod features Fuji Stainless Steel K-Type guides, EVA split-grip handles, and a custom Shimano reel seat for LJ models or a Fuji reel seat for Type J and Slow J models. It has a sensitive tip and is suitable for use with thin braided line and leader.
