The Digital Filter Kit II by HOYA is an economical solution that includes 3 main filters commonly used in photography.

UV Filter (C)

Used to filter ultraviolet radiation (UV) and provide general lens protection. Made with high-quality and anti-reflective coating that blocks UV radiation.

CIR-PL Filter

Circular polarizer filters are an essential tool against light polarization to eliminate unwanted reflections or to enhance the contrast of the sky and nature. The frame thickness is thinner than the previous version I.

NDX8

An ND (Neutral Density) 8 filter reduces the amount of light by 3 stops and is equivalent to 8 times slower shutter speed. It is used to achieve slower shutter speeds during a bright day or to show the movement of water and objects. Filter factor 8, Transmittance 12.5%, Density 0.9, f/stop 3.

The most important thing for me is the lens protection they provide, so you don't have to worry about the lens getting dirty or the child leaving fingerprints on it. I also found the ND filter very convenient in case of bright sunlight. However, I don't consider it something you need to buy right away. Personally, I recommend getting lenses for your camera and experimenting with them first, and if you want and believe they will give you something more, then get filters as well.
