It has a voice function that can be deactivated and an arrhythmia indicator, even though these are not mentioned in the description. It appears on the certified blood pressure monitors page under the name Yuwell Ye660d and not alfacare. It is a very good device that can be connected to a mobile phone charger and operate on mains power.
