It's good for its price. It is indeed omnidirectional and connects via USB. It "hears" you crystal clear and with bass when you are 20-30-40 centimeters away. If you go further away, it still hears you, but the volume drops significantly. For example, if you are on a call with the microphone and someone speaks from inside, their voice won't be heard well. But if they shout, then of course it will be heard clearly and you'll embarrass yourself in front of your boss. Anyway, if you're looking for a cheap microphone for everyday use, get it, it's OK. DON'T throw your money away on those other useless ones that cost ten or fifteen euros because you WON'T be heard.
