For one kilo of white bread:
450g water
One tablespoon of oil

One and a half tablespoons of salt

One packet of dry yeast
Put everything in.
First the water, and the yeast on top of the flour; the water must not touch the yeast directly or it will start fermenting.
Set the time you want to eat the bread and boom.
Incredible taste, crusty or soft as you want, it has a setting.
I made cake twice, average results.
I made rustic brown bread, half-and-half, with oregano and thyme, everything turned out amazing.
