The Fenix ARE-A4 four-slot universal charger is designed for Li-ion and NiMH/NiCd 3.7V/3.6V batteries.

Each charging slot is independently monitored, so batteries of different sizes and chemistries can be charged simultaneously.

The charger can charge Li-ion batteries of the following types:

NiMH batteries of sizes AAA, AA, C can also be charged. The 26650, 22650, 25500, and C size batteries fit only two in the charger, while other sizes can be charged up to four pieces.

Protected Li-ion 21700 and 20700 batteries can also be charged in the charger.
