Quite good, it really boosts you incredibly from the second day of use. However, personally, it caused me a big problem with my sleep. I took it in the morning as stated on the packaging and at night I would go to bed at 11:30, and even though I felt tired, my mind seemed to be racing and I kept thinking about very random things and felt intense anxiety, resulting in me falling asleep after 4 hours. I stopped taking it and after 2 days my sleep was back to normal. I would prefer this to be listed among the possible side effects, as I learned that for people who are generally very anxious, this syrup can cause this due to some ingredient.

I am 42 years old and studying theology. I had 3 weeks of exams, 9 subjects, 300 - 500 pages of material each. Very good multivitamin, the best I have tried so far, 7 years later, I use it for a few months each year when I struggle with studying/work.

What I don't like is that here the 250 ml cost 16 to 17 euros, while in Germany SALUS sells the 500 ml for 16 to 17 euros!!!
I bought online 5 of the 500 ml and with shipping, I paid 21 euros each!!!! That means 2.5 liters for 105 euros.
Calculate for yourselves how much I would have paid here.
Anyway, it's worth it if you need it.
