The DuraDiamond ripstop nylon exterior is tear-resistant, water-repellent, and backed with a polyurethane coating. The shell is IP64-rated for protection against water and dust, while the Hypalon base and front patch provide abrasion resistance. The removable internal aluminum frame transfers weight from the shoulders to the hips.
