Quality and effective construction accompanied by the very useful adapter for reducing speed from 1200 to 900 rpm (silent). The only flaw for me is the color, unless you exclude the high cost. I have connected it to a 3 Pin header on an old motherboard that does not have a 4pin PWM header other than the CPU's. The corresponding Noctua NF-S12A chromax.black does not have a low noise adapter and is also more expensive. However, if I had a new motherboard with PWM headers and a showcase case, I would choose the corresponding black one.

Το μόνο ελάττωμα για μένα είναι το χρώμα, αν φυσικά εξαιρέσεις το υψηλό κόστος. Το έχω συνδέσει σε 3 Pin header επάνω σε παλιά μητρική που δεν έχει 4pin PWM header άλλο εκτός από αυτό της CPU. Τα αντίστοιχο Noctua NF-S12A chromax.black δεν έχει low noise adaptor και είναι και ακριβότερο, Πάντως αν είχα καινούργια μητρική με PWM headers και case βιτρίνα θα έβαζα το αντίστοιχο μαύρο.

Noctua is a very high-quality company that managed to convince that beige and brown = the best. The quality in the construction of the nf-s12a is indeed high. They smell nice right out of the box. The motor is completely silent compared to other companies. It has all the accessories you will need. No complaints regarding the construction.
So why 4 stars?
Because I also fell victim to marketing. Surely when you buy 5 Noctua fans* and spend 120 euros, you want to believe that you have bought the best because otherwise it's like saying you've been fooled. No one wants to feel bad after their purchase, so they raise the expectations a bit higher than what they actually deserve and say the best things.
When the nf-s12a came out in 2013, it was indeed a very good choice as other manufacturers did not focus on noise in 2013.
But now the market has changed. With 22 euros, you can buy 5 Arctic p12 fans that are equally silent: https://www.skroutz.gr/s/17302586/Arctic-P12-PWM-PST-Value-Pack.html
So in conclusion, am I satisfied? Partially yes, but I would have preferred someone to have written a review that says the above and saved me 100 euros.

Διότι έπεσα και εγώ θύμα μάρκετινγκ. Σίγουρα όταν αγοράζεις 5 noctua fans* και δίνεις 120 ευρώ θες να πιστεύεις ότι έχεις αγοράσει το καλύτερο διότι αλλιώς είναι σαν να λες ότι σε έπιασαν κορόιδο. Κανείς δεν θέλει να νιώθει άσχημα μετά την αγορά του οπότε τα ανεβάζει λίγο παραπάνω απ' ότι πραγματικά αξίζουν και λέει τα καλύτερα.
Όταν βγήκε το nf-s12a το 2013 ήταν όντως μια πολύ καλή επιλογή καθώς οι υπόλοιποι κατασκευαστές δεν εστίαζαν στον θόρυβο το 2013.

Completely silent fan. The box in which it is shipped is very well made. What reduces, perhaps, even more the noise that could come from this component are the rubber casings that are placed on the 4 corners of the fan as well as the rubber supports. There are also regular screws in the package but they are not needed. The supports do their job just fine. Just don't tighten them too much or they will break when adjusting the fan properly. My ear was satisfied with the complete lack of noise. The amount of air it produces (it has been placed on the front of my case) is also considered sufficient. Overall, a very successful purchase (June 2019).

Αυτό που μειώνει, ίσως, ακόμα περισσότερο τον όποιο θόρυβο θα μπορούσε να βγαίνει από το συγκεκριμένο εξάρτημα είναι τα λαστιχένια περιβλήματα που είναι τοποθετημένα στις 4 γωνίες του ανεμιστήρα όπως επίσης και τα λαστιχένια στηρίγματα. Υπάρχουν και κανονικές βίδες στην συσκευασία αλλά δεν χρειάζονται. Τα στηρίγματα κάνουν μια χαρά τη δουλειά τους. Αρκεί να μην τα ζορίσεις υπερβολικά πολύ και κοπούν την ώρα που τα ρεγουλάρεις για να στηριχτεί σωστά ο ανεμιστήρας. Το αυτί μου το ικανοποίησε η παντελής έλλειψη θορύβου. Η ποσότητα αέρα που παράγει (έχει τοποθετηθεί στην πρόσοψη του κουτιού μου) κρίνεται επίσης επαρκής. Γενικά, μία πολύ επιτυχημένη αγορά (Ιούνιος 2019).
Simply amazing. The package contains everything one might need during installation. The construction quality is outstanding. It's worth every euro.
Απλά καταπληκτικό. Η συσκευασία περιέχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά την τοποθέτηση. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής εκπληκτική. Αξίζει κάθε ευρώ.
Positives:
- Completely silent. You can't hear anything literally, only the flow of air. Mechanical noises are nonexistent. The case's grilles have been designed to minimize the phenomenon of air turbulence when it hits the grille and returns. (The dB levels mentioned by the manufacturers are with free airflow)
- Many accessories. It includes a splitter to connect two fans in one position, an extension in case the cable doesn't reach a fan, a low noise fan adapter (a cable with resistance for approximately 25% reduction in speed) which this fan doesn't really need since it's PWM and can be controlled through the BIOS. I used all of these accessories with a second be quiet fan that I downgraded to intake, and the Noctua took the position of exhaust, which is the most important for removing the hot air generated by the processor before it raises the case temperature. So, I didn't mind finding all of these in the package :)
Negatives:
- Price, but I would never say that it's not worth its money. The quality is exceptional. 20 euros may be a lot for a case fan, but if you want optimal performance with the least possible noise, I think it's the only way to go.
- The colors don't match most cases, including mine. But it's not a big deal!

-Εντελώς αθόρυβος. Δεν ακούγεται τίποτα κυριολεκτικά, μόνο η ροή του αέρα. Μηχανικοί θόρυβοι ανύπαρκτοι. Έχει μελετηθεί και η περίπτωση που η εξαγωγή κοιτάει τις γρίλιες του κουτιού όπου έχει μειωθεί στο ελάχιστο το φαινόμενο στροβιλισμού από τον αέρα που χτυπάει στη γρίλια και επιστρέφει.. (Τα db που αναφέρουν οι κατασκευαστές είναι με την έξοδο ελεύθερη)
- Πολλά αξεσουάρ. Έχει splitter για να μπορείς να συνδέσεις δυο fan σε μια θέση, προέκταση αν δε φτάνει το καλώδιο για κάποιο ανεμιστήρα, low noise fan adaptor (καλώδιο με αντίσταση για περίπου 25% μείωση στροφών) που για αυτόν τον ανεμιστήρα πραγματικά δε χρειάζεται εξάλλου είναι και PWM οπότε ρυθμίζονται οι στροφές του από bios. Εγώ τα χρησιμοποίησα όλα σε έναν δεύτερο ανεμιστηράκι be quiet που τώρα υποβαθμίστηκε σε εισαγωγής και το noctua πήρε τη θέση εξαγωγής που είναι και το σημαντικότερο για να απομακρύνεται ο θερμός αέρας που βγάζει ο επεξεργαστής πριν προλάβει να ανεβάσει τη θερμοκρασία του κουτιού.. οπότε δε με χάλασε που τα βρήκα όλα στη συσκευασία :)
Αρνητικά:
- Τιμή, αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δε θα πω ότι δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Η ποιότητα είναι εξαιρετική. Ειναι πολλα τα 20 ευρω για ενα case fan αλλα αν θες να χεις αριστη αποδοση με τον λιγοτερο δυνατον θορυβο ειναι μονοδρομος νομιζω.
- Τα χρώματα δε ταιριάζουν στα περισσότερα κουτιά, ούτε και στο δικό μου. Χαλάλι!
Noctua! Guarantee in fans! Building PCs in recent years, it is the only brand I trust now. Very high-quality products with only one negative, which, however, is completely a matter of personal taste: their colors. As for this fan, I can say that it has exceptional air flow (the case also plays a role) and is practically silent. I have had it for over 3 months without any problems.

Πολυ ποιοτικα προιοντα με μονο ενα αρνητικο που ομως ειναι τελειως στο γουστο του καθενος: τα χρωματα τους. Για το συγκεκριμενο ανεμιστηρακι μπορω να πω οτι εχει εξαιρετικο air flow(παιζει ρολο και το κουτι) ωντας πρακτικα αθορυβο. Το εχω πανω απο 3 μηνες χωρις προβλημα.

Οπότε εν κατακλείδι έμεινα ευχαριστημένος ? Εν μέρει ναι, θα προτιμούσα όμως κάποιος να είχε γράψει ένα review που να λέει τα παραπάνω και να μου γλίτωνε τα 100 ευρώ.

Εντελώς αθόρυβο και κάνει ακριβώς τη δουλειά του. Άψογη συσκευασία με πολλά παρελκόμενα για διαφορετικούς τρόπους τοποθέτησης.

Completely silent fan. The box in which it is shipped is very well made. What reduces, perhaps, even more the noise that could come from this component are the rubber casings that are placed on the 4 corners of the fan as well as the rubber supports. There are also regular screws in the package but they are not needed. The supports do their job just fine. Just don't tighten them too much or they will break when adjusting the fan properly. My ear was satisfied with the complete lack of noise. The amount of air it produces (it has been placed on the front of my case) is also considered sufficient. Overall, a very successful purchase (June 2019).
Εντελώς αθόρυβος ανεμιστήρας. Το κουτί στο οποίο αποστέλλεται είναι πολύ προσεγμένο. Αυτό που μειώνει, ίσως, ακόμα περισσότερο τον όποιο θόρυβο θα μπορούσε να βγαίνει από το συγκεκριμένο εξάρτημα είναι τα λαστιχένια περιβλήματα που είναι τοποθετημένα στις 4 γωνίες του ανεμιστήρα όπως επίσης και τα λαστιχένια στηρίγματα. Υπάρχουν και κανονικές βίδες στην συσκευασία αλλά δεν χρειάζονται. Τα στηρίγματα κάνουν μια χαρά τη δουλειά τους. Αρκεί να μην τα ζορίσεις υπερβολικά πολύ και κοπούν την ώρα που τα ρεγουλάρεις για να στηριχτεί σωστά ο ανεμιστήρας. Το αυτί μου το ικανοποίησε η παντελής έλλειψη θορύβου. Η ποσότητα αέρα που παράγει (έχει τοποθετηθεί στην πρόσοψη του κουτιού μου) κρίνεται επίσης επαρκής. Γενικά, μία πολύ επιτυχημένη αγορά (Ιούνιος 2019).
Simply amazing. The package contains everything one might need during installation. The construction quality is outstanding. It's worth every euro.
Απλά καταπληκτικό. Η συσκευασία περιέχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά την τοποθέτηση. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής εκπληκτική. Αξίζει κάθε ευρώ.
Positives:
- Completely silent. You can't hear anything literally, only the flow of air. Mechanical noises are nonexistent. The case's grilles have been designed to minimize the phenomenon of air turbulence when it hits the grille and returns. (The dB levels mentioned by the manufacturers are with free airflow)
- Many accessories. It includes a splitter to connect two fans in one position, an extension in case the cable doesn't reach a fan, a low noise fan adapter (a cable with resistance for approximately 25% reduction in speed) which this fan doesn't really need since it's PWM and can be controlled through the BIOS. I used all of these accessories with a second be quiet fan that I downgraded to intake, and the Noctua took the position of exhaust, which is the most important for removing the hot air generated by the processor before it raises the case temperature. So, I didn't mind finding all of these in the package :)
Negatives:
- Price, but I would never say that it's not worth its money. The quality is exceptional. 20 euros may be a lot for a case fan, but if you want optimal performance with the least possible noise, I think it's the only way to go.
- The colors don't match most cases, including mine. But it's not a big deal!
Θετικά:
-Εντελώς αθόρυβος. Δεν ακούγεται τίποτα κυριολεκτικά, μόνο η ροή του αέρα. Μηχανικοί θόρυβοι ανύπαρκτοι. Έχει μελετηθεί και η περίπτωση που η εξαγωγή κοιτάει τις γρίλιες του κουτιού όπου έχει μειωθεί στο ελάχιστο το φαινόμενο στροβιλισμού από τον αέρα που χτυπάει στη γρίλια και επιστρέφει.. (Τα db που αναφέρουν οι κατασκευαστές είναι με την έξοδο ελεύθερη)
- Πολλά αξεσουάρ. Έχει splitter για να μπορείς να συνδέσεις δυο fan σε μια θέση, προέκταση αν δε φτάνει το καλώδιο για κάποιο ανεμιστήρα, low noise fan adaptor (καλώδιο με αντίσταση για περίπου 25% μείωση στροφών) που για αυτόν τον ανεμιστήρα πραγματικά δε χρειάζεται εξάλλου είναι και PWM οπότε ρυθμίζονται οι στροφές του από bios. Εγώ τα χρησιμοποίησα όλα σε έναν δεύτερο ανεμιστηράκι be quiet που τώρα υποβαθμίστηκε σε εισαγωγής και το noctua πήρε τη θέση εξαγωγής που είναι και το σημαντικότερο για να απομακρύνεται ο θερμός αέρας που βγάζει ο επεξεργαστής πριν προλάβει να ανεβάσει τη θερμοκρασία του κουτιού.. οπότε δε με χάλασε που τα βρήκα όλα στη συσκευασία :)
Αρνητικά:
- Τιμή, αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δε θα πω ότι δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Η ποιότητα είναι εξαιρετική. Ειναι πολλα τα 20 ευρω για ενα case fan αλλα αν θες να χεις αριστη αποδοση με τον λιγοτερο δυνατον θορυβο ειναι μονοδρομος νομιζω.
- Τα χρώματα δε ταιριάζουν στα περισσότερα κουτιά, ούτε και στο δικό μου. Χαλάλι!
Noctua! Guarantee in fans! Building PCs in recent years, it is the only brand I trust now. Very high-quality products with only one negative, which, however, is completely a matter of personal taste: their colors. As for this fan, I can say that it has exceptional air flow (the case also plays a role) and is practically silent. I have had it for over 3 months without any problems.
Noctua! Εγγυηση στα ανεμιστηρακια! Φτιαχνοντας pc τα τελευταια χρονια ειναι η μονη μαρκα που εμπιστευομαι πλεον. Πολυ ποιοτικα προιοντα με μονο ενα αρνητικο που ομως ειναι τελειως στο γουστο του καθενος: τα χρωματα τους. Για το συγκεκριμενο ανεμιστηρακι μπορω να πω οτι εχει εξαιρετικο air flow(παιζει ρολο και το κουτι) ωντας πρακτικα αθορυβο. Το εχω πανω απο 3 μηνες χωρις προβλημα.

Attention, the silicone mounts are not compatible with some cases (e.g., Corsair 4000D). Nevertheless, I have three of the same in a PC with screws instead of the silicone mounts and it is incredibly quiet. If you are not interested in the lighting, there are no better fans.
Προσοχή, τα silicone mounts δεν είναι συμβατά με κάποια κουτιά (π.χ. Corsair 4000D).
Παρ' όλ' αυτά έχω τρία ίδια σε ένα PC με βίδες αντί για τα silicone mounts και είναι απίστευτα ήσυχο.
Αν δεν σας ενδιαφέρει ο φωτισμός δεν υπάρχουν καλύτεροι ανεμιστήρες.
Quality and effective construction accompanied by the very useful adapter for reducing speed from 1200 to 900 rpm (silent). The only flaw for me is the color, unless you exclude the high cost. I have connected it to a 3 Pin header on an old motherboard that does not have a 4pin PWM header other than the CPU's. The corresponding Noctua NF-S12A chromax.black does not have a low noise adapter and is also more expensive. However, if I had a new motherboard with PWM headers and a showcase case, I would choose the corresponding black one.
Ποιοτική και αποτελεσματική κατασκευή που συνοδεύεται από το πολύ χρήσιμο ανταπτοράκι για μείωση στροφών από 1200 σε 900 rpm (αθόρυβο). Το μόνο ελάττωμα για μένα είναι το χρώμα, αν φυσικά εξαιρέσεις το υψηλό κόστος. Το έχω συνδέσει σε 3 Pin header επάνω σε παλιά μητρική που δεν έχει 4pin PWM header άλλο εκτός από αυτό της CPU. Τα αντίστοιχο Noctua NF-S12A chromax.black δεν έχει low noise adaptor και είναι και ακριβότερο, Πάντως αν είχα καινούργια μητρική με PWM headers και case βιτρίνα θα έβαζα το αντίστοιχο μαύρο.

Noctua is a very high-quality company that managed to convince that beige and brown = the best. The quality in the construction of the nf-s12a is indeed high. They smell nice right out of the box. The motor is completely silent compared to other companies. It has all the accessories you will need. No complaints regarding the construction.
So why 4 stars?
Because I also fell victim to marketing. Surely when you buy 5 Noctua fans* and spend 120 euros, you want to believe that you have bought the best because otherwise it's like saying you've been fooled. No one wants to feel bad after their purchase, so they raise the expectations a bit higher than what they actually deserve and say the best things.
When the nf-s12a came out in 2013, it was indeed a very good choice as other manufacturers did not focus on noise in 2013.
But now the market has changed. With 22 euros, you can buy 5 Arctic p12 fans that are equally silent: https://www.skroutz.gr/s/17302586/Arctic-P12-PWM-PST-Value-Pack.html
So in conclusion, am I satisfied? Partially yes, but I would have preferred someone to have written a review that says the above and saved me 100 euros.

Η noctua είναι μια πολύ ποιοτική εταιρία που κατάφερε να πείσει ότι μπεζ και καφέ = το καλύτερο.
Η ποιότητα στην κατασκευή του nf-s12a είναι όντως υψηλή. Με που τα βάζεις από το κουτί μυρίζουν όμορφα. Το μοτερ σε σχέσει με άλλες εταιρίες είναι πλήρεις αθόρυβο. Έχει όλα τα αξεσουάρ που θα χρειαστείς. Κανένα παράπονο όσο αφορά την κατασκευή.
Οπότε γιατί τα 4 αστέρια ?
Διότι έπεσα και εγώ θύμα μάρκετινγκ. Σίγουρα όταν αγοράζεις 5 noctua fans* και δίνεις 120 ευρώ θες να πιστεύεις ότι έχεις αγοράσει το καλύτερο διότι αλλιώς είναι σαν να λες ότι σε έπιασαν κορόιδο. Κανείς δεν θέλει να νιώθει άσχημα μετά την αγορά του οπότε τα ανεβάζει λίγο παραπάνω απ' ότι πραγματικά αξίζουν και λέει τα καλύτερα.
Όταν βγήκε το nf-s12a το 2013 ήταν όντως μια πολύ καλή επιλογή καθώς οι υπόλοιποι κατασκευαστές δεν εστίαζαν στον θόρυβο το 2013.
