It does the job, from 15 the big one and 10 the small one dropped to 12 and 7. On the downside (for vampires, that is) is that your breath smells like garlic!!!

I bought them optionally, I don't have any health issues, I will give four stars because they smell a bit and it's good to take them with food because otherwise the smell "comes out" afterwards.

Excellent. I take it to keep my slightly elevated blood pressure at normal levels. 1-2 capsules per day and the results are visible in a maximum of 2 weeks. Always, of course, in combination with a proper diet.
As for the cons (not necessarily for me), the aftertaste of garlic it leaves, but if you like garlic, you won't mind.
If you take it with food, you won't taste the garlic at all, but your breath will always smell like you ate garlic from the previous day.
A minor detail compared to the solution of the problem
