Excellent. I take two a day and they give me energy and a boost, and I noticed it from the first day of use, something I didn't feel even with multivitamins (from other companies). As for those who say that the tablet is large and hard to swallow, that's just in their mind; they just need to think that the bites of food we eat are much larger.

I would prefer it to be non-GMO, however, it is very effective for boosting the immune system in winter. Highly recommended 100%

I have been taking it for years now. Don't expect miracles if you don't exercise and eat well. It keeps me in shape and my cholesterol has decreased from 240 to 220!

I chose this one because other vitamins were bothering my stomach. This one actually doesn't bother me at all, so I am very satisfied!

With vitamins, I am not able to immediately discern results. However, what I have observed is that it helped me (in combination with other vitamins) to overcome the coronavirus relatively painlessly, without medication, while it does not bother the stomach at all.

Very good quality vitamin C but maybe 1000mg is too much. Obviously, we don't take it every day or in combination with another vitamin or herb, it might cause something like a headache. On its own, however, it is absorbed exceptionally well and does good. I take one every 3 days.
