The undoubtedly high honor of serving, as a Health Officer, a State Nursing Institution becomes exceptionally greater if given the opportunity to serve it from the position of Administrator.

The satisfaction of actively contributing to your fellow human being, having the ability to substantially enhance Health Services, is certainly greater than the "bitterness" that arises when you do not have the practical means to deliver the best you would wish.

With the hope that highlighting and documenting the particularities and diversity of the issues confronted by Health Personnel from the position of Administration will contribute positively to the information, I submit this work with respect to anyone who believes it may be useful to them.

Considering the "human" dimension of the Hospital as a compass for creation and a guide in the challenging yet interesting journey of Administration, I wish to remind that the realistic form of Administrator is the Patient themselves, as it is them that we all continuously serve.
