after about 6 months with one a day my knee shows noticeable improvement ,,, the arthritis has subsided and I go up stairs with much less pain ,, I think it has improved by about 70%.. highly recommended

Very good supplement!!! After a complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligaments and a partial inner-outer one, I had surgery back in 2003. Now, being 46 years old and not exercising much, but with the right weight, I decided to do a stress test to see where I stand.
Since January 2026, when I did it, I started having instability again in my operated knee.
Swelling and pain followed, and my mood dropped.

If you want 3 capsules a day, this box lasts for only 20 days and currently costs 23 euros. I researched it a lot and found that the other one I mentioned is much more cost-effective, which may seem expensive but you get double the amount and it lasts for 60 days if you get the one with 240 capsules. This particular product with these pills did nothing for me, at least. I have previously taken Osteoflex Plus in a different packaging that worked very well for me three years ago. And I would tell anyone who had pains to take Osteoflex Plus
