Dosage

  • Adults and children over 12 years, one tablet daily. 
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless advised by your physician.

Ingredients

1 tablet provides on average:

  • Folacin (Folic Acid) 400µg

Other ingredients: Bulking Agent (di-Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Stabiliser (Crosslinked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (Veg. Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid.

    There has been a misunderstanding in a comment, and it probably comes from some stores that write it incorrectly. This one is 400mcg or µg (microgram) and not mg (milligram). So it is 0.4mg, which is also the recommended daily dose. The filicine they usually provide is 5mg of folic acid, which is a significantly higher dose for treating deficiency. However, it caused me issues with severe headaches, intense migraines, and myalgias, so now I will order this one to see if there is a difference.
