Dosage

  • Adults and children over 12 years old: 1-2 tablets per day 30’ to 60’ before bedtime.

Precautions:

  • Do not take with alcohol and by those who are on special medication (CNS drugs, beta-blockers).
  • Use by individuals who drive or operate machinery during the day is not recommended.
  • Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
