Volume A: Theoretical approach to exercises & introduction to the training process

This specific endeavor adds to the series of books created with the aim of a realistic approach to football training. More specifically, in the two volumes that completely compose the puzzle of the book, you will discover how the mechanisms of human motor memory function and the role that decision-making training plays in the subconscious of children and adults.

The 1v1 is the first realistic situation that a footballer encounters both in training and in the game, and they should be trained in a multifaceted way with creativity and imagination.

The exercises and games selected by each coach should be divided based on the scenarios of duels that players will encounter during the match. All exercises are accompanied by videos executed by children from the PAOK academy.
