The whole season came out with this vitamin! I don't know how it does it but the energy, clarity, and good mood all come together. Tested on all the staff (7 people).
Only important thing: eat WELL before taking it and don't take it late. At least 9-10 hours before sleep.
Of course, in the first use you feel better simply because for the first time you are not tired.
It lasted us two months of daily use. We hadn't discovered it before.
And we stopped it when work demands increased.
