Lamberts® Chromium Complex is a specially designed clinical nutrition formula to enhance metabolism. The main ingredient of this supplement is chromium, which is one of the most important metabolically active micronutrients. By participating in the insulin signaling pathway, it contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Chromium Complex provides 200µg of elemental chromium per tablet (as chromium picolinate). Chromium picolinate is the form of chromium that has been used in the majority of clinical studies and is characterized by exceptionally high absorption and bioavailability.

In addition to chromium, Lamberts® Chromium Complex provides zinc, which contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and fatty acids, and vitamins C, B1, B3, B6, magnesium, and copper, all of which contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production.

Like all Lamberts® supplements, Chromium Complex is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP).

Nutritional information Per tablet: Vitamin C 100mg, Thiamine (B1) 5mg, Niacin (B3) 5mg NE, Vitamin B6 5mg, Magnesium 300mg, Zinc 15mg, Copper 0.5mg, Chromium 200μg.

    2 stars only and only because it's Lamberts... Magnesium Oxide....???.. the worst/most ineffective form of magnesium. It literally left me hanging after a relatively rich meal (Pasta with tuna), I am a person with prediabetes.. I have recorded up to 287mg/lt sugar in 1 hour (generally this..). Here now, after 1 hour +30 minutes from the rich pasta meal (1/3 pack of pasta with tuna), I measured 225mg/lt sugar, along with 45~50 minutes of walking immediately after the meal. I just want to believe in the back of my mind, that for some crazy other reason the pill just didn't have time to be absorbed properly or completely in the 1:30 hours.......... Go get any other, maybe even effervescent, just a cheaper magnesium..... It can't possibly be more ineffective than this one here. THAT'S FOR/ABOUT ME AT LEAST. My advice, Save ur money at least........_
