    Once a day, I put 1 teaspoon in water, and usually after 2 days of use, I have no discomfort.
    The taste is nice and it dissolves relatively easily in water, with a little stirring with the spoon.
    It should be stored in a dry place because no matter how well you close the package, after several months it can harden. So it should not be stored in the bathroom.
