Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied... Most of the time, the remote control does not communicate with the stick. Netflix does not load even from a browser... Big disappointment...

It is a bit slow but it's okay for a holiday home and not for everyday use! It works quite well with fast internet

Very good product, it accepts COSMOTE TV so now I also have the service in my bedroom.
Worth the money

There are no settings in the wifi for VPN... I downloaded a VPN app but it doesn't run properly, it always takes a long time to load, speed is terrible and almost always there is no internet. Maybe the app is to blame, although on another box of a different brand the VPN works very well, and the VPN is paid. So, for those who want it for movies with VPN, I would suggest you find another brand that doesn't have these features locked.

I have concluded that these are the best. Especially the latest model never disappoints you! For its price, it is very fair

pay a little more for the 4K, it works on my Philips 55" with power from the usb. The quality is good without any lag

I bought it to watch Apple TV as my smart TV does not support downloading the app. It is a pretty good option if someone does not want to buy a TV with AirPlay! However, it is a bit slow to respond and load content sometimes!

At first it was amazing, after 2-3 years of use it completely broke down! In the meantime, after the first year, sometimes the controller would disconnect but it would reconnect easily. Mainly towards the end it gave me trouble but until then it was well worth the money and more!

Do not buy it! The device is quite old and cannot handle new applications or even the Android software itself. The remote control disconnects constantly and does not even work when connected, because instead of an RFID sensor it connects via Bluetooth. The device has 1GB of RAM which does not even allow you to navigate the main menu.

At first it worked relatively well. It was lagging but I considered it normal. After about a year and a half it completely froze and never worked again. Very bad product!

It is very good and useful, I didn't like that it doesn't have Google Chrome as an app, not even in the store.

Simple and minimal in energy saving, the “Mi” Smart TV Stick 4K with (ANDROID 11 O.S.), but customer support or service does not exist, resulting in the initial setup and use of the device being somewhat paradoxical. Although there was no special case requiring the user to have personalized guidance with the device, in the package that includes the device and its accessories, and within the very minimal instruction sheet with only pictures, it is difficult to read, and combined with the lack of references to websites and online connection instructions...

The worst, it doesn't enter easily, when you try to watch movies it kicks you out, no no, very bad choice, it's not even usable

I use it to watch Cosmote TV. It is unacceptable. It lags, freezes the screen and you can't watch anything. I sent them an email, they didn't reply. I called them and no one answered!!!

Very disappointed. This is clearly a basic Chinese-made device, so I wasn’t expecting much — but it still underperformed. It can only handle Netflix, and even then you can see dropped frames during playback. It also can’t load any 4K content. Overall, weak performance. I do not recommend it.

Some people notice even better picture quality than the built-in features of a smart/android TV. Anyway, I no longer have to set up accounts/passwords etc. every time. Also, it is now considered as a single (same) device and thus does not fall under any possible restrictions. It is easily portable and connects instantly to any TV, ideal for travel (airbnb, hotel, etc.). Very user-friendly, especially for people who are not familiar with such technology.

I use it to watch eon tv through my mobile as my TV, although it's a Smart TV, doesn't have the eon app and can't find it in the search to download it.
The picture quality is terrible, you can't distinguish features, the graphics are distorted with little squares..
And after not even 5 minutes of use, the stick heats up...!! Just for as long as it lasts and let's say we're watching something instead of nothing... If you have a good phone with a big screen, it's better to watch it there than through the stick..
Lousy product, a shame for Xiaomi, I used to respect them.

I bought it mainly so I could have Vodafone TV on my television. Easy connectivity. It doesn't lose connection with the WiFi. I downloaded and installed the Vodafone TV app from the play store through the stick and it has been working fine ever since. I haven't encountered any significant problem so far. Once or twice it happened to freeze, so I had to restart for the app to work properly. Overall satisfied.
