A Complete Guide to OPI's STAR LIGHT

  • First, connect the adapter cable to the back of the lamp and then plug it into a socket. Turn on the power switch – the time is automatically set to 30 seconds, so make sure to select the desired time using the 5, 30, 60, and 90-second buttons below the screen. Hate the beeping sound? No problem. Press and hold the "3s" button to switch between sound and silent mode.

How to use the hand plate

  • What we love about the hand plate is that it is simple to use. The flat plate guides the hand into the correct position for precise curing. When you insert a hand, feel the 5-finger guide that features 4 grooves for the fingers and a pad for clean thumb placement. Unlike the older OPI lamps, the finger grooves were designed to blend with the flat surface of the plate to ensure comfort during use.

How to Clean the OPI STAR LIGHT

  • A significant advantage is its gray finish. This will not show dust, dirt, or imperfections like white or black designs. Between uses, remove the hand plate, wash it, and let it dry. Follow this by spraying the plate with a cleaning solution on both sides and then wiping it down. When the lamp is unplugged and cooled, wipe the inside and outside with a disinfectant cloth or cleaning solution, making sure to avoid the LED diodes.
