Ingredients:
Calcium Carbonate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Zinc Gluconate, Anti-caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Stabiliser (Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Disintegrant (Cross-linked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Manganese Gluconate, Boron (as Sodium Borate), Copper Gluconate, Selenium (L-selenomethionine & Sodium Selenite), Chromium Picolinate, Potassium Iodate, Sodium Molybdate.

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions:
This product contains iron; excessive intake may be harmful, especially for young children. Magnesium intake exceeding 250mg may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances. Reducing the dosage or spreading it out through the day may help. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
