I always took Glucosamine of another brand. After a week of taking Lamberts Glucosamine Complete I clearly felt an improvement.

Very good, I had a big problem with both my knees and with these I saw a real change. For the first box I was taking 3 per day as the dosage says, and when it finished and I got the second one, I take 1 per day for maintenance.

So far I am on the 1st box and I feel my bones and tendons generally stronger!

I will come back over time and after I finish the 3.

I got it for a month to try because I have creaking in my knees and sometimes they hurt as well, but I didn't notice any significant difference. Maybe it doesn't suit my body.

They are very large pills and difficult to swallow. However, they are effective and my joints no longer hurt.

A pretty good dietary supplement... it doesn't work miracles (like everything else) but it provides a boost to joints and knees.. I use it twice a year after a knee surgery I had 2.5 years ago and it helps me quite a bit..
