    I don't know if it's the high dosage or if it's intended for specific cases, but personally it made me feel awful for about 2-3 days. Definitely don't take it with coffee because echinacea naturally delays the elimination of caffeine, so you'll be wired for hours.
    While I've been taking echinacea from another brand (Dynamiyia) for years and immediately feel great, with this one I felt like I got kicked in the stomach.

    I'll say again, maybe I'm being unfair and it works for others.
