As it plays an important role in energy production, concentrations of coenzyme Q10 are higher in organs with high energy demands (such as the heart, muscles, brain, liver, and lungs). Increasing age and the use of medications such as statins reduce the body's production of coenzyme Q10.

Nutritional information
Per capsule: Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone) 200mg
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerol, Colorants: Iron Oxide, Coenzyme Q10, Sunflower Lecithin, Glycerol Monostearate).
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
