Before, I had the Glycerin and this year I tried the Ghost 14. Although they are very comfortable, they have developed holes internally from friction (something that has never happened with any other model before).
Perhaps the materials used, especially the fabric on the inside, were of poor quality, which is a shame because I bought them for around €170 and they started to deteriorate internally within the first three months.
I wear them daily at work, but they will be thrown away before they reach a year

Πριν ειχα τα glycerin και φετος δοκιμασα τα ghost 14. Αν και ειναι ανετα πολυ, μου εχουν ανοιξει τρυπες εσωτερικα απο την τριβη (πραγμα που δεν συνεβη ξανα με κανενα αλλο μοντελο)
Ισως τα υλικα κατασκευης και ειδικα το υφασμα στο εσωτερο ηταν αστοχια μεγαλη και κριμα γιατι τα πηρα γυρω στα 170€ και μου χαλασανε εσωτερικα απο τους πρωτους τρεις μηνες.
Τα φοραω καθημερινα στην δουλεια αλλα θα ειναι για πεταμα πριν κλεισουν χρονο

a. Super lightweight shoe
b. Very good construction materials
c. For running with extra weight, there may not be a better shoe. Why? Because it has a 12mm drop, which means that the extra weight will not affect your knees, heels, etc.
d. Additionally, in c. there is also very good shock absorption.
e. Despite being a 12mm drop, they are very stable.
It is perfect for increasing kilometers (without caring about time) without any issues.

α. Πανάλαφρο παπούτσι
β. Πολύ καλά υλικά κατασκευής
γ. Για τρέξιμο με επιπλέον κιλά παίζει να μην υπάρχει καλύτερο παπούτσι. Γιατί? Γιατί έχει drop 12 αρι που σημαίνει πως τα επιπλέον κιλά ΔΕΝ θα φανούν σε γόνατα, φτέρνα κτλ.
δ. Επιπρόσθετα, στο γ. έρχεται να προστεθεί και η πολύ καλή απορρόφηση κραδασμών.
ε. Αν και Drop 12, είναι πολύ σταθερά.
Είναι ότι πρέπει για να αυξήσετε χιλιόμετρα (χωρίς να σας ενδιαφέρει ο χρόνος) δίχως να έχετε πρόβλημα.
