Excellent product.. In combination with a more, let's say, healthy "diet" but nothing extreme like a strict diet.. it lowered my liver enzymes from 83 to 51 in 3 months (serious fatty infiltration)

My liver has been saved with this. I take one a day. Without this, my cholesterol medication was raising my liver enzymes.

It is not pure milk thistle, there are other additives, and this is a bit heavy for the body. This product is for those with liver problems and is not suitable for prevention but for issues. There are others that are only milk thistle!

Well, the product is very good, you should take it with a meal and not on an empty stomach.
Also, the product is not very innocent, we should be careful about how often we take it. I would recommend, in order to avoid disturbances in other organic values, to take it every day for the first five days, and then every other day one or two tablets. I believe this works better and will not affect other organic values, such as potassium, as the wise men used to say.

I used it because of the fat I had in my liver. In combination with mountain tea infusion, donkey thistle seeds, exercise, and improved dietary habits, the fat disappeared in the last ultrasound I had. I now use it sporadically for maintenance and detoxification.

Very good and effective product. I bought it for my aunt who had elevated liver enzymes. She used it for 1 month and saw a significant difference in her liver function tests. I bought it because I read that it detoxifies. I had a lot of acne, from one day to the next, and after visiting a doctor, we realized that my liver had been affected by the many pills I had taken recently, and my gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) levels were significantly elevated. After 3 weeks of use (one in the morning and one at night, as recommended by the doctor), the acne almost disappeared. Of course, besides taking this supplement, I also used a special lotion and completely cut out meat and sugar. Blood tests showed a noticeable decrease in GGT. I will definitely continue using it.

I don't know how effective it is... but after using it for about a month... in blood tests... potassium was found to be elevated... above 6 (increased potassium levels are associated with irregularities and renal insufficiency)... I stopped taking it as per the doctor's orders and repeated the test after a week... and everything was normal... so be careful...

Very good product. And at a good price. It helped me a lot to lower my γ-gt and transaminase levels. With 1 pill a day and a good diet.. and abstaining from alcohol within 20 days. It has a good taste.. and I prefer it.. and I highly recommend it. Someone can also take it for detoxification. Excellent product! I had high γ-gt levels for a long time. I was taking 1 pill a day for a period of time and then I did tests again. It reduced my γ-gt levels by half!! I haven't tried other brands, but this one definitely does the job and is reasonably priced. I would easily buy it again.

The best quality-price ratio. I have tried all the brands (with medical supervision). Some require two pills daily, some only one, for almost the same result.
