I think these are the best we have bought so far. If you look at the ingredients one by one as well as the vitamin percentages, they are among the best

Quality vitamin from Lamberts, but it is quite hard and children have difficulty with it.
Prefer it for children over 5+ years old, under no circumstances for younger ages

I believe they do a good job..
The kids eat it and like it, and compared to last year we avoided many viruses..
Only 1-2 times did they miss school all year..

We have been using these specific vitamins for the last two winters to strengthen the immune system of our two daughters who are in elementary school. The truth is that in these two years we have had much fewer illnesses, so I believe they do the job. Also, they like the taste, seeing them as candies.

If it had B12 in its natural form as methylcobalamin instead of synthetic B12 as cyanocobalamin, I would rate it 5 stars

I am happy that I found it here cheaper than the pharmacy. It is very useful when the immunity is low. I use it from time to time.

My 8.5-year-old son did not want to chew it, nor could he swallow it with water even though I cut it in half. So I tried it myself and its taste reminds me of medicine and it's sour even though strawberry is one of the flavors I usually choose. I don't know if I will be able to drink it with water, I have ruled out chewing it.

In my opinion, Lambert's has made a mistake with this particular product, although it is generally the company I prefer for dietary supplements.
