Chrotech Ultraxyl Aqua water-based wood stain protects and decorates wooden structures indoors and outdoors, such as doors, frames and windows. It is water-soluble, acrylic-based and virtually odorless during application. It enhances the natural appearance of the wood and offers scratch resistance.
Apply with a brush, felt roller or spray gun in 2–3 coats. Before application, the surface must be sanded thoroughly and cleaned. Lightly sand and remove dust before applying each subsequent coat. It dries in 50 ± 10 minutes and can be recoated after 3.5 ± 0.5 hours; apply the third coat after 10 hours. Dilute with water by up to 10% by volume for the first coat only; apply subsequent coats undiluted. Coverage is 9.5 ± 1.5 m²/L per coat, depending on the type of wood and its absorbency. Clean tools immediately after use with soap and water.
