The book "Designing Studies and Career" aims to help young people, especially teenagers, in choosing fields of study and careers with the logic of counseling as a tool for self-discovery and self-organization.

It seeks to support the young individual in answering questions that will assist them in selecting studies and a career, through a creative process of reflection and introspection about themselves and the adventure of Life, hence the general title "The Art of Life".
