Use it twice a day. Particularly effective when used morning and evening after brushing.

Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, and spit it out. 

For children aged 6 to 12 years, use 10 ml of solution.
