    We preferred it for our second child; we started using it from newborn and now that he hasn't turned 2 yet, he operates it by himself, takes it in his arms, and sleeps. There have been a few times when it "stuck" and wouldn't stop after twenty minutes, but would play all night non-stop, something that if you press it and turn it back on, it will continue normally afterward.
