My adapter arrived with a significant flaw: the gold contacts that are supposed to make contact with the camera body had something like glue on them and did not make contact. At first, I thought it was defective, but in the end, I cleaned the contacts with alcohol (something sticky like glue came off) and it worked perfectly.
As a second negative, it does not make perfect contact either with the body or with the official Canon lenses, and it always has a *little* play. Nothing terrible, but definitely annoying.

  • It worked perfectly with a Sigma 24-70 EF on a Canon R6M2. I haven't tried the ring yet that offers additional control.

  • Flawless collaboration of it in AF Auto P etc with all the lenses? EFS CANON - and at a very good price!
