They deliver what they promise but I would prefer more frequent offers on their price because one package does not last a month.

I have bought it for my child. Both the nutritionist and the pediatrician recommended it to me, and they say it helps quite a lot. Of course, in the long run, it will really show if it works. However, its price is a bit high.

Beyond the vitamins it contains in satisfactory amounts, the amino acids it contains, which yes, are useful and important for various body functions such as energy production, are present in negligible amounts compared to the body weight of an adult (man/woman). In addition, a significant amount of the powder (which is contained in the cap that we press to infuse into the bottle's solvent) remains there and ends up being thrown away. Personally, I was able to retrieve it with a toothpick but it was a lot of hassle for a tiny amount.

I got it to help with the exams for the kids. We started it just before the exams, maybe it needs a little earlier.. a week for their action to show. However, we are talking about vitamins. No "miracles" are done by any drug. With the right diet and adequate sleep, it will give a helping hand.

I took the vitamin for a few days (about 6-7) and I noticed that it affected my stomach (feeling of burning and intense hunger). It is a decent product, but a bit pricey. I have been using it for two years as an athlete mainly for preventive purposes. For those expecting to feel like Superman with the first bottle, forget it. It takes a couple of months to feel the results and always with proper nutrition. If you only live on cheese pies and hamburgers, not even with tuna or steroids will you see a difference. Although, I do have an alternative to suggest for those looking for energy... a combination of maca and Suma root in the same smoothie, if you can handle their taste. For exams (nationwide), it doesn't help that much and overall I didn't see any significant difference from not taking it at all.... Whoever wants high performance in nationwide exams, vitamin C is the best thing for fatigue. I doubted it at first and regretted it!
