Χρωμοδομή Step Primer acrylic primer is intended for plasterboard, puttied surfaces, plaster and hardboard before applying the topcoat. It improves the adhesion of emulsion paint and reduces its consumption, and can also be used on exterior walls. It is essential when changing the topcoat from water-based paint to emulsion paint.
Apply with a brush or roller to a clean surface free of dust, grease, oils, peeling paint, rust, mould and moisture. Dilute with water at a ratio of 300% and allow to dry for 1–2 hours, depending on conditions. Do not apply at temperatures below 6 °C or above 40 °C, or at relative humidity above 80%. Clean tools immediately with warm water and soap. The product reaches full mechanical strength after 20–30 days.
