Of course, it plays a basic role if you sleep in a good tent, but still, it's amazing. It has a hood with elastic for better fit on the head. Wide enough to be able to turn inside. One big negative is the large volume it takes up and its weight, as it doesn't fit inside an alpine backpack at all, and it takes up a lot of volume if you hang it outside. I don't regret getting it in terms of what it offers for sleep, but only in terms of transportation.
