Mercola Isocryl Primer Dur Aqua is a clear acrylic primer enhanced with nanomolecular particles. It penetrates porous surfaces and helps strengthen the substrate. Suitable for interior and exterior building surfaces before applying paint or waterproofing materials. Its slight blue tint shows where the surface has been fully primed and is concealed when recoated with white or light-coloured paint.
Apply to plaster, concrete, brick, stone, cement board and plasterboard walls and façades, as well as rooftops before applying waterproofing materials. It can also be used before sealing building surfaces with specialist elastomeric mastics and to stabilise cement-based floors that are worn or chalking. It dries quickly and does not cause yellowing of the final paint or waterproofing coating.
