I love anything related to carob, but these are not easy to eat at all! They have a strange texture, they have pits, a hard shell. Well, that's how the fruit of the tree is.. and you'll be right! If you like it, okay.. unfortunately, I couldn't!

  • Nice mild sweet taste, relatively soft in nature of the product and chew easily, and the frying that initially made me hesitate to buy them is so mild that if it wasn't written on the packaging, I wouldn't be able to guess that it has been done. Of course, be careful with the few seeds it has, but it is a natural organic product in its full form.

It is very hard and barely edible. It is dry inside after being baked. It claims to be lightly baked but it is actually very hard on the teeth. I ate one and threw the rest away
