Wonderful taste, nothing like other commercial ones with a chemical sweetener aftertaste. Combined with a good diet and exercise, it helps a lot!

Well, I am leaving a review just because I read some reviews saying that the mixture dissolves easily.. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but in warm plant-based milk and in store-bought juice that I tried, after the "mixing" or even shaking in the shaker, it leaves lumps (many) on the surface of the drink. Therefore, it doesn't dissolve perfectly as some people wrote. Other than that, the taste is pretty good and it really gives you the feeling that you have eaten a whole meal that can keep you satisfied for up to 5 hours. Overall 4/5

Excellent and mainly this with the protein complex, not only helps with weight loss but also slimming down by following a simple two-week program without nutritionists and chemicals. You simply count calories and take the powder for as long as you want.

Terrible taste and solubility, but as a meal substitute it's worth its money. You feel full and strong and therefore eat less. With a little exercise, you see results. I didn't expect that.

Very good product and highly recommended to anyone who can afford the required money, no side effects and maybe a little more targeted physically compared to other similar ones in the market.

Nice product, very good taste. It dissolves properly with the right shaker. It seems a bit expensive compared to similar products.

Tremendous taste while drinking it, however with a slightly bitter aftertaste, obviously due to the spirulina. Once you get used to it, I can say that you even get addicted and can't wait to drink it again. Its solubility is not good, it leaves lumps. But if you shake it in 300ml of water or almond milk in a shaker with a mesh, it is very nice without lumps, thick, and satisfying. As for weight loss, I can't say yet because I'm not on a diet, but I have replaced my dinner with this. It is expensive, but I will definitely buy it again to complete the replacement of my dinner as I have in mind for 3 months, and then we'll see. I will update about the results.

One of the best products I have tried!!! Fantastic banana strawberry flavor. Personally, I consume it with a fruit to replace a meal (I need to immediately reduce my weight to avoid medication treatment). In a blender, you add water, milk or whatever anyone wants, a fruit, and a measure of the product. You blend for 1 minute and it's ready. It yields 400 ml. I will definitely buy it again.

Well, the last time I tried a fasting protein was around 2015. I was so disappointed with the extremely low solubility and taste that I never tried it again since then.
I had already wasted a lot of money on various brands that only offered a nauseating feeling.
After so many years, I dared to try it again. I must admit that I was impressed by this one!
It dissolves to a great extent (at least in almond milk, which I tried) and its taste (chocolate) is mild but pleasant.
P.S. I used a shaker with a spring.

****Update 11/05/2021: I used it this time with goat milk, but its solubility wasn't as good. However, with almond milk, it's perfect.

2 months after daily use, I lost a few kilos but almost no fat, and my blood tests came out bad compared to the tests I did before starting it. The hematocrit and hemoglobin dropped significantly, and I was diagnosed with iron deficiency. I stopped drinking it and started eating real food after doctors' recommendation, and the tests returned to normal. However, I experienced some abnormalities in appetite and hypoglycemia after meals, which stopped after the dietitian's diet where I saw a great difference in my weight loss and health. So be careful!
