Description

The self-leveling 3D green beam laser features a pendulum self-alignment system. The green beam is 4 times clearer than the red beam and allows the projection of level lines over long distances while maintaining full brightness. The laser provides long-lasting performance with the help of the powerful 2.6 Ah Li-Ion battery. With 3 "eyes," it has the capability to project 3 lines at 360°, on 3 axes (3D), with high precision (0.143mm/m).

    Purchase from store and from the very first moment the horizontal beam had a large deviation. The company immediately gave the OK for a replacement but the store did not have it available. So they refunded me and I bought a Skill which was much better and quite cheaper. Disappointed with the quality of this brand.

    I worked it 4-5 times with great care, always in its case, and then it turned off without ever working again. In the end, they replaced it for me, but the one I received is off by half a centimeter horizontally at 2 meters.

    Without any drops, used exactly twice, always carefully placed in its box, it had issues with measurement, with a deviation of 3 centimeters per meter!!! There is no procedure or button for resetting the calibration so that I can fix it myself (if possible, of course). I returned it to the store of purchase and it has been sent to the official service center since yesterday. I am waiting for their response and will keep you updated! The worst part is that with minimal to no use, it had this random calibration problem. Luckily, I had a backup and we managed to get the job done.

    *It has been shipped for almost 10 days now, and after the 5th day, I have been calling them daily and their response is always "we will look into it tomorrow and you will have updates immediately." Classic hassle when dealing with a product, store, and service center.... Let's see what happens, essentially I spent so much money and didn't get any work done!!!!

    They called me in the morning (after I had contacted them, of course) and they told me that the service center will send a new one to the store because it indeed had a problem! I went there a few hours later and got a different one, hopefully this one won't have any issues. They also lost the receipt (they don't know where it is, they told me) and when I mentioned that, if it has issues again or something happens without a receipt, what will be done? No response... I took the new item and left! When it comes to taking your money, everything is fine and dandy, but when there's an issue, they don't know you!! Stay away!

    The purchase was made from a large store in Peristeri.
