The Nature's Plus Source of Life Gold is a formula that contains a plethora of nutrients. With 56 different natural ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, bioflavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids, enzymes, nucleic acids (RNA, DNA), chlorophyll, spirulina, and ginseng, it provides all the essential nutrients for a balanced life without nutritional deficiencies.

It includes, among other things, ocean algae, microalgae, and organic medicinal mushrooms, fruits, super-fruits, and nuts, omega fatty acids, and a blend of probiotics and natural enzymes that aid in the proper functioning of the gastrointestinal system.     Keep in mind that the values given on the box are for 3 CAPSULES! So you should calculate 1/3. Otherwise, it's 60+€ for one month... Personally, I take the Natural Megamultivitamin which has 60 for less than 40€ and you take 1 per day, and the vitamin values are high if you check.

I believe it's all in the mind, so just take a simple multivitamin supplement, it's better and cheaper. Just know that swallowing them is literally very difficult!!! Have a good summer :)
