Briosa by Lagostina is the pressure cooker with an innovative valve that operates at two pressure levels to optimize the retention of food nutrients during cooking.

Design

Enchanting design, with a flexible lid. Maximum safety, thanks to LEVERBLOCK® which locks the opening handle even with minimal residual internal pressure, preventing accidental opening.

The encapsulated LAGOSEAL®PLUS base with three layers (steel-aluminum-steel) adapts to any stove and ensures perfect heat distribution, minimizing the risk of food sticking.

Design

The lever handle and the side silicone handles feature a chrome-plated insert that combines elegance with safety and convenience.

Operating Valve

Two-pressure valve for better preservation of vitamins and nutrients in food.

Position 1 is suitable for cooking vegetables and delicate foods, as it retains up to 35% more vitamin C compared to cooking in a traditional pot. Position 2 is ideal for meat and fish, as the higher pressure speeds up cooking, reducing cooking time by half.

Ecodose

The Eco Dose measuring cup ensures the precise use of liquid, avoiding waste and resulting in perfect cooking.


Recipe Book

The package includes a recipe booklet where you can refer to the appropriate cooking times.

Usage Instructions:

  • Before each use, ensure that the safety valve and the pressure regulation valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Carefully check inside the lid to ensure that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The recess of the pressure regulation valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker, after removing the handles, can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
