PGP FAUX WOOD PRIMER is a substrate that prepares the surface and provides the background for the application of the PGP FAUX WOOD FINISH wood imitation technique. It has excellent adhesion, coverage, and offers anti-corrosion protection. It is used on all types of hard surfaces.

• It is the ideal solution for renewing old or worn surfaces, adding the beauty and warmth of a wood appearance.
• Applies to metal surfaces, MDF, chipboard, melamine, wooden and plastic surfaces, drywall, concrete, plaster, etc.

• Surfaces must be dry and clean, free from foreign materials (rust, oils, grease, salts, dust, etc.).
• New wooden surfaces: must be sanded with sandpaper and dust removed.
• Painted surfaces: old substrates in good condition do not need to be removed. If they show problems, they are removed with a stripper, surfaces are sanded, and dust is removed.
• Metal and glossy surfaces: Gloss is removed with sandpaper to improve adhesion and dust is removed.

• Mix the material well before and during use.
• PGP FAUX WOOD PRIMER is applied with a brush along the entire surface with long strokes.
• For better protection, you can apply a second coat allowing the first to dry for at least 12 hours.
• On the painted surface, PGP FAUX WOOD FINISH is applied, creating the appearance of wood.
