Thrakon Status Dur primer penetrates porous surfaces and stabilizes them, reducing their absorbency and creating a bonding base for the topcoat. It can be used on new or old surfaces, such as plaster, brick, concrete, plasterboard and skim-coated walls, as well as surfaces painted with distemper or limewash. Apply before plastic and acrylic paints, cement paints, textured paints and insulating materials.
It impregnates and waterproofs surfaces while allowing them to breathe. It dries quickly, does not yellow and replaces traditional linseed oil.
